Is this personalised teddy suitable for newborns? Whilst the teddy has sewn in eyes it is alway best to keep teddys out of babys reach whilst sleeping and babies should always be supervised when interatcting with the teddies. We would not recommend to leave a baby unattended with the teddy.
How do I customise my baby’s name on the teddy? In the boxes provided just add in your baby's name and we will take care of the rest!
Can I wash the teddy? Hand wash only to keep this plush teddy looking its best for years to come.
How is the design applied? Using a specialist ink it is heat pressed directly onto the teddy at a very high temperature. The ink is UK compliant.
The teddy complies with EN71 European Toy Safety regulations and dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.

Please ensure that you have put the correct spelling as unfortunately we will not be held responsible for spelling mistakes. As this is a personalised item, we are unable to offer a refund but can accept cancellations up to 1 day after ordering.
Please note that colours may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings.
DELIVERY
Please note working days does not include weekends and bank holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on specific days or be held liable for any minor delays in delivery once dispatched. Please note that the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for robes & pyjamas. But please do get in contact to see if we can get your order quicker to you.
