FAQ

Our turnaround time does depend on how busy we are and the time of year. Generally in the busy months robes, pyjamas & gift sets can take 3-5 weeks. In the quieter months it can be 2-3 weeks.

Anything else will take roughly 1-2 weeks.

Our robes, pjs. gift sets are all sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 as standard.

We do offer upgrades too which can be found at checkout.

All the satin robes and pjs are hand wash only with warm water. They cannot be tumbledried.

We would recommend that you iron them before the wedding and let them hang. Because of the nature of the fabric they crease very easily. Do not iron over the font as it could cause the letting to come off.

The cotton pyjamas however can be washed at 30 degrees but still not to be put in the tumble drier and do not iron on the font.
